The mode of entry to courses is through by the interview. The interview will be held at the institute of paramedical sciences, c-1, CINDER DUMP COMPLEX, KANPUR ROAD, Alambagh, Lucknow.

The interview according to the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Maths and General Knowledge. 100 marks are allotted for the interview. The merit is based on the total of marks obtained in, interview and twenty percent of the total marks obtained in the intermediate (10+2) examination by the candidate.

The selection to the courses is on the basis of the merit list.

The candidate who fulfill all the eligibility then admission will be made through the merit which is based on written entrance examination

Mode of Admission

Candidates are required to attach the following documents with the admission form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of institution last attended.

• Photocopy of High school Marksheet & Certificate for date of birth verification.
• Photocopy of Intermediate Marksheet & Certificate.
• Photocopy of Character Certificate.
• Two passport size colored photographs (one affixed with the application form duly verified and attested by the principal of the school/ college last attended by the candidate and the other separately) be submitted with the application.
• Two self addressed (10”x4.5” size) envelops with Rs. 25/- postal stamps affixed on each.
• Self addressed post card with Rs.4/- postal stamp affixed for acknowledgement.
